Royal Mail – First Class Recorded Delivery
Our standard delivery is First Class Recorded Delivery (£3.95 for items up to 1 kg and £5.95 over 1 kg) with proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery, your delivery is easy to trace. Most First Class Recorded items should arrive within 3-4 working days although normal First Class terms apply.

Royal Mail - Special Delivery
If you want to guarantee the delivery of your purchase, Royal Mail will guarantee delivery by 1.00pm the next working day to 99% of the UK, the charge for this is £5.95 (for all item weights)

Returns

Cancelling your order
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Eternal Envy Boutique, for a full refund.
You must inform us either by telephone 0161 283 9259 or via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number and reason for return.

Return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels* within 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Eternal Envy Boutique is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Exchange an item
Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction.
* Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Eternal Envy Boutique is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will either refund, replace or repair your item.

Please ensure you use the following guidelines
*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item and avoid contact with make up. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
